ABOUT
I’m a Los Angeles based psychotherapist licensed to treat clients anywhere in California. I see clients virtually (telehealth) using the Doxy platform. I’ve lived all over the country – from growing in up Southern California, to attending college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, then back to Los Angeles where I received a Master’s Degree in Communications from USC. In my previous life, I worked as a television news reporter and gained a love of listening to others’ stories. Fast forward many cities and years later, I settled back in LA, became a mom of 2 daughters, and completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a Child Studies Specialization from Antioch University. I started my career in mental health at a K-8 grade private school, then transitioned to a community mental health agency as an outpatient school-based clinician, and have also worked as a life coach along the way. Outside of my therapist role, I love being a mom, am involved in dog rescue, enjoy working out, traveling, the beach and sunny days.
